Update to our Terms & Conditions

WorldRemit is coming together with Sendwave. While the two brands will be separate, together, we will offer services to more customers globally and improve the customer experience. From 10 January 2024, we’re updating and putting in place a single set of Terms & Conditions for both WorldRemit and Sendwave to treat all our customers consistently and fairly. You can access and view the new Terms & Conditions here and view a summary of the changes we have made to the new Terms & Conditions here.

Why are you moving me to WorldRemit Limited and updating your Terms & Conditions now?

WorldRemit Limited is taking on the roles and responsibilities of servicing the Sendwave brand. We are doing this so that we are better positioned to support you in delivery of our services going forward. The Sendwave brand will remain the brand you know and love. As part of this, we are also updating our Terms & Conditions. We want to create a single set of Terms & Conditions so that we treat all our customers consistently and fairly.

Do I need to do anything?

No, we are simply writing to you to tell you about the move and that our Terms & Conditions are changing and to provide a copy of them to you. You don’t need to do anything to accept the move or the Terms & Conditions. You can continue to use our services as usual.

What are the key changes to the Terms & Conditions?

The new Terms & Conditions have been constructed in such a way as to ensure they are clearer and easier to understand. You can access and view a summary of the changes we have made to the Terms & Conditions.

How can I contact you if I have a question?
If you have any questions which we haven’t addressed, please contact us by emailing help@sendwave.com.

What happens if I do not accept what you propose?

If you don’t wish to move to WorldRemit Limited, or you do not wish to accept the new Terms & Conditions, or you do not wish to do both, please let us know by emailing help@sendwave.com. We will then remove you from our customer database. You will not be able to transact through the Sendwave brand any more; if you wish to do so in future, you will need to re-register as a customer and to agree to our new Terms & Conditions.
